We strictly adhere to the NIST 800-88 Guidelines for Media Sanitization and the DoD 5220.22-M standard. Depending on your compliance requirements, we offer multi-pass cryptographic wiping for drives that will be remarketed, or physical shredding (down to 2mm fractions) for solid-state drives requiring total destruction.
Yes. A mathematically verifiable Certificate of Data Destruction is automatically generated and attached to your account in the Client Portal once the sanitization process is complete. This document includes the serial number, make, model, and the exact timestamp of destruction for audit purposes.
Absolutely. For highly sensitive environments like data centers, banks, or healthcare facilities, we deploy our mobile shredding trucks directly to your location. You can physically witness the hard drives being destroyed before the shredded material is securely transported to our facility for recycling.
